Here are the ingredients you need:
- ½ cup Dahi
- 1 tsp ghee
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp peanuts
- Few curry leaves
- Salt and black pepper as per taste
- 1 cup Tata Soulfull Masala Muesli Mast Masala
- 2 tbsp each of chopped tomato and cucumber
- Coriander/mint leaves to garnish
Quick steps to make :
- In a bowl add ½ cup of thick curd.
- Prepare a tadka with 1tbsp ghee, ½ mustard seeds, 1 tbsp peanuts, curry leaves, salt and pepper for taste
- Add tadka to dahi.
- Now take 1 cup of Tata Soulfull Masala Muesli in a bowl and top it off with 2-3 spoons of tadka dahi, chopped cucumber & tomato.
- Finally, garnish with mint/coriander leaves and serve it fresh
